1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jewelry Insider AI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service: Educational & Estimative Only

Jewelry Insider AI provides AI-driven analysis of jewelry based on user-submitted images and data.

• Educational Purpose: All valuations, insights, and data provided by the App are for educational and informational purposes only.
• Estimative Nature: All price outputs are estimates of fair market wholesale/liquidation value. They are generated by automated algorithms and do not reflect guaranteed sale prices.
• Not a Certified Appraisal: This App is NOT a certified gemological laboratory or a licensed appraisal service. The results generated by the App are not intended for use in legal proceedings, insurance claims, tax filings, or high-stakes financial transactions without independent verification by a human professional.

3. No Professional-Client Relationship

Your use of the App does not create a professional-client relationship. The App does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. You acknowledge that any reliance on the information provided by Jewelry Insider AI is at your own risk.

4. Accuracy of Information & User Submissions

• Image Quality: The accuracy of the AI analysis is highly dependent on the quality, lighting, and angles of the photos provided by the user.
• Verification: Users are encouraged to verify AI-generated results with a certified GIA (or equivalent) gemologist before buying or selling high-value items.
• No Guarantees: Jewelry Insider AI makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the valuation data provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jewelry Insider AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Financial losses incurred during the purchase or sale of jewelry based on App estimates.
• Errors or inaccuracies in the AI's identification of materials, gemstones, or craftsmanship.
• Decisions made by third parties (insurers, buyers, or courts) regarding the data provided by the App.

6. Subscription & Payments

• Pro & Collector Tiers: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable.
• Usage Limits: We reserve the right to modify usage limits (evaluations per month) to maintain system stability.

7. Multi-Client Portfolios (Professional Tier)

Professionals using the App to manage client data are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from their clients to upload jewelry data and images to our servers. Jewelry Insider AI is not responsible for disputes between a professional user and their end-clients.

8. Referral Program

Referral credits and bonuses have no cash value and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke credits if fraudulent activity or "self-referring" is detected.

9. Intellectual Property

The AI models, algorithms, and interface are the exclusive property of Jewelry Insider AI. Users retain ownership of the photos they upload but grant the App a non-exclusive license to use those photos to improve the AI's machine-learning accuracy.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.
